HaydnⅡ Frames is not suitable for the following scenarios:

1. First, press the function key to confirm whether the charging box is out of power through the color of the indicator light.when the chargeing box power<20%,the indicator showed solid red.then put the Frames into charge box, the LED indicator in the case will light red up, indicating that the glasses are charging. Please try to adjust the position of the glasses while charging, and you can hear the power-on or power-off prompt tone.
2. After confirming that the glasses and the charging case are fully charged, please put the glasses into the charging case in the correct positions and hold the function key for 8 seconds to restore the factory settings, and then you can check the power on and off again.
Note:
1. Please make sure to connect the glasses’ Bluetooth device within 10 minutes, then wait 1-3 seconds until you hear the “connected” voice prompt.
2. To save battery life, Sangstre Frames will automatically turn off when the battery is low. In this case, use the charging cable to charge for at least 10 minutes, then try turning it on again.

Some environments (such as airports, offices, crowded public spaces, etc.) can interfere with your Bluetooth connection. To optimize your Bluetooth connection:
1) Ensure your phone is on the right-hand side of your body.
2) Download videos and songs instead of streaming them.
3) If you have an Android phone, temporarily disable unnecessary app traffic settings on your phone.

– Confirm whether the call audio is switched to Sang Framstre, and restart them.
– Try checking the audio permissions of the connected device, as well as checking the volume level.
