Check Signal Interference: Avoid using glassess in noisy environments like airports or crowded places, which can disrupt Bluetooth signals. Keep your phone on your right side to reduce obstacles.
Ensure glasses Battery is Charged: Check the battery level and make sure it’s fully charged.
Check Network Status: Download videos and songs instead of streaming to reduce pressure on network speed.
Optimize Bluetooth Connection: Disconnect and reconnect the glassess, or delete and re-pair them in your device settings. For Android users, temporarily disable unnecessary app data usage.
Check Device Compatibility: Ensure the glassess and connected device (phone, computer, etc.) are compatible and updated to the latest software.
Test glasses Functionality: Connect the glassess to another device to see if the issue persists. If problems continue, contact us for technical support.
