Return & Exchange Warranty - Sangstre Smart Glasses
We are here to help! At Sangstre.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We have strict quality assurance before each product is shipped, and we offer a perfect Exchange&Return Warranty Policy if the item doesn't fit you well.
Note: the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. please note that If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com.
Sangstre offers replacement, return, and maintenance according to the below terms.
Replacement or return for a faulty product is available within 30 days after the date of purchase, on the condition that the product is under normal usage and not dissembled. and our products enjoy a one-year free maintenance service from the date of purchase.
I. Exchange & Return Process
Please inspect your order upon reception and please send an email to contact our customer service mailbox: firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply to you within 1-3 working days. All processes are confirmed by our customer service team.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
1. Please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us pictures or videos that display the problem.
2. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send it to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II. Exchange & Return Policy
1. Except for customized products, all products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.
2. We are fully or partially responsible for all the following faulty items and shipping charges :
a.) Damaged item we could Resend free new item to you, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned.
b.) We sent the incorrect size or the wrong item.
c.) Missing items or lost packages owing to the Logistics company.
3. We are not responsible for the following item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise:
a.)Buyer chose the wrong size or color.
b.)Buyer doesn't like the item (item is not faulty).
III. Exchange & Refund
For free exchanged packages, we will resend you the new package within 72 hrs after the customer service center confirmed your exchange. We cover all the costs and fees.
For returned packages, we will notify customers via e-mail and the refund will be processed within 72 hrs to the customer's original card or Paypal account after the package is received, We will notify you by e-mail after the refund is completed.
Ⅳ. Package Returned

Ⅴ. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Ⅵ.Warranty Services1. Our products enjoy a one-year free maintenance service from the date of purchase except for the following circumstances:
a.)Failure or damage of the product due to improper installation, improper storage, and misuse.
b.)Damage caused by force majeure.
c.)Failure or damage of the product due to disassembly by an unauthorized third party.
d.)Failure in presenting correct, effective, and clear proof of purchase.
e)Warranty period expires.
f.)Charged repair service is still available after the warranty period.
2. Warranty Coverage
SangStre warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from SangStre or a SangStre authorized dealer. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
3. In the case of a covered warranty defect, SangStre will, at its option;
a.) repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
b.) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product;
c.) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for the return of the product. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear, and tear, commercial use, accident, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product voids this warranty.
4. Obtaining Warranty Service

Prior to providing warranty service, SangStre may require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice. This limited warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have under applicable laws, including your rights against the person who sold the SangStre product to you.
To the extent permitted by law, however, this warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by sangstre. Sangstre disclaims all other warranties whether express or implied (including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for particular purpose, title, and non-infringement), and sangstre’s liability shall be limited to the original purchase price. In case of any disputes, sangstre shall reserve its final decision rights.
