Check Signal Interference: Avoid using glassess in noisy environments like airports or crowded places, which can disrupt Bluetooth signals. Keep your phone on your right side to reduce obstacles.
Ensure glasses Battery is Charged: Check the battery level and make sure it’s fully charged.
Check Network Status: Download videos and songs instead of streaming to reduce pressure on network speed.
Optimize Bluetooth Connection: Disconnect and reconnect the glassess, or delete and re-pair them in your device settings. For Android users, temporarily disable unnecessary app data usage.

Press and hold the charger function button for 8 seconds to reset the glasses. resetting can serve the following purposes: 1.Resolve connection issues: If the earbuds are unable to pair or the connection is unstable, resetting can clear previous pairing records and establish a new connection.
2.Clear malfunctions: Sometimes, earbuds may experience software glitches, and resetting can restore normal functionality.
3.Restore default settings: Resetting returns the glasses to their factory state, clearing all custom settings (such as equalizer and touch controls).4.Achieve complete shutdown: If the glasses are not used for an extended period, they will drain power even in deep standby mode.

First, check if both arms of the glasses are charging normally. If not, follow the solution provided in the previous question.
Second, if charging is not the issue, turn on the glasses and press the charging controller for 8 seconds to reset them.

Constant light: Indicates both arms of the glasses are charging.
Flashing light: Indicates only one arm of the glasses is charging.
Light off: Indicates both arms of the glasses are fully charged or both arms are not properly connected for charging.

If the phone is not using the iPhone iOS system, other operating systems need to synchronize the Bluetooth device volume with the phone in the Bluetooth settings.

Yes, they support dual device connections. While connected to the current device, you can initiate a new pairing by turning on the glasses and pressing and holding the control button for 3 seconds to pair with a second device.

Deep standby can last for about 30 days. After the battery is depleted, it will shut down completely; charging the glasses will reactivate them.

Mozart’s touch area is located at the logo on both sides of the temples, supporting the following commands:
Double tap on the left side: Wake up voice assistant;
Double tap on the right side: Play/Pause, Answer/Hang up calls;
Swipe left: Switch songs;
Swipe right: Adjust volume.

To pair for the first time, activate the glasses using the charging controller. While charging, press and hold the function button for 3 seconds to activate the glasses and enter pairing mode.

Mozart glasses have a wear detection feature, so there is no need to manually turn them on or off. The glasses automatically activate when worn and go into standby mode when removed. After not being worn for 3 minutes, they enter deep standby mode.
